Passaic's Glen Tapia improved to 7-0 (5 KOs), hurt Nick Runningbear (4-3, 1 KO) with a powerful right hand, teeing off with several unanswered blows that caused referee Gary Rosato to stop the fight at 1:36 seconds of round two.

  2. This kid Tapia is definatly
    the best prospect to come out of New Jersey in years!I dont care what people say about Kendall Holt, Freddie Cadena, Alex Perez, Henry Crawford, Freddie Curiel, Mike Perez, Jorge Diaz or any of the other guys the GS has produced. This kid is THE BEST IN NJ to come. He is 20 yrs old, strong as a bull and has the ability to adapt to problems he is face...and did I mention he hits like a young Mike Tyson! Kids got power in both hands! He is one to watch! Havnt been disappointed yet watching him fight.
