Stanhope's Todd "Viking" Eriksson battled to a four round Draw following his Light Heavyweight bout with Ahmad Mickens last night in Rye Brook, NY. Eriksson, who trains at the Dover Boxing Club and had a 16-13 amateur record, had busy hands and rocked Mickens in the first round. Mickens rallied late and forced the draw. Scores were 39-37 Mickens and 38-38 twice.
"I was nervous but got into it", Eriksson said after his first professional bout.
