Mussachio-Ferrante Headlines June 4 in AC!
Atlantic City(April 1, 2010) – Dee Lee Promotions Inc., in association with
Tropicana Casino & Resort presents an evening of championship boxing featuring
“THE BRAVE & BEAUTIFUL” on Friday, June 4, 2010 in The Showroom at Tropicana
Casino & Resort. The main event features Anthony ‘Tony’ Ferrante (9-0-0/4 KOs)
as he defends his World Boxing Foundation (WBF) United States Light Heavyweight
Title against Chuck ‘The Professor’ Mussachio (15-1-2/5 KOs). Making her third
straight Atlantic City appearance is Brooklyn, NY’s exciting “Nonstop Lightening
Quick and Beautiful” Amanda ‘Relentless’ Serrano (5-0-1/3 KOs) who will face an
opponent yet to be announced.
Doors open at 7:30 p.m., with the first bout slated for 8:30 p.m. Tickets are
priced at $40, $55, $75 and $90 and can be purchased at the Tropicana Box

The feature bout pits WBF United States Light Heavyweight Champion Anthony
‘Tony’ Ferrante who hails from North Philadelphia, Pa against Chuck ‘The
Professor’ Mussachio of Wildwood. Ferrante, the reigning WBF US Light
Heavyweight Champion is defending his belt for the 2nd time in six months in
this 10-round slugfest. This title match-up also has the fighters squaring off
for bragging rights, as both claim to be the best Italian/American light
heavyweight on the East Coast.
In addition, the evening’s card features some of the best local talent from the
Tri-State area including the 15th ranked middleweight in the United States,
Delaware’s Mike ‘Mighty Mike’ Tiberi (12-1-0/5 KOs). The Tiberi name is
synonymous with “Delaware boxing” and Mighty Mike adds to the legacy. He has a
large and loud contingent of fans from his home state and they are seldom
disappointed.
Other young warriors on the evening’s card are Atlantic City's Gabriel
‘Gabby’ Pham (2-0-0/2 KOs), Pleasantville's Cruiserweight Jaywon Woods
(7-1-0/5 KOs), Ridley Park, PA’s heavyweight Jamie Campbell (2-1-0/1 KOs),
Bayonne, NJ’s Bobby Rooney (11-3-1) and Atlantic City's own Althera ‘Vern’
Saunders making her pro debut.
