Jorge "Kid" Diaz of New Brunswick will take on Puetro Rico's Luis Pantelo tomorrow night at Atlantic City's Boardwalk Hall. Diaz created a major buzz following his last fight, where he scored a highlight reel knockout over 2004 Olympic Gold Medalist Yan Barthelemy in what is definitely a candidate for KO of the year. Known for his willingness to mix it up, Diaz, 10-0 (6 KO's), is amongst the most exciting fighters in the Garden State. Pantelo is riding a wave of momentum as well with a victory against 13-1 Rafael Valenzuela in his last bout.
Diaz and Pantelo get it on over six rounds at super bantamweight. The Diaz-Pantelo fight is beneath the Arreola-Minto, Williams-Martinez HBO aired doubleheader.
